Flea has and always will be one of my favorite bass players. He was such an inspiration and a huge influence for me as a young bassist and this lick has always alluded me. I won’t lie, I’m really not sure if I got it right. I’ll put a stamp on it that says 90% accurate, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to catch up with what Flea has going on.
